- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design at an agency, production studio, or in-house creative team, with a killer reel showcasing digital-first and performance-based motion work.
- Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion graphics and video editing tools. Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender is a major plus.
- Strong design fundamentals: You understand composition, timing, typography, color, and sound design, and how they contribute to great motion storytelling.
