Senior Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

- Drive Project Success: Lead end-to-end project management across multiple high-profile client accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

- Act as the Hub: Serve as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum at every stage.

- Ensure Seamless Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing scope and expectations with both clients and internal stakeholders. - Anticipate and Solve Problems: Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies—then work with teams to resolve issues before they impact timelines or deliverables.

- Facilitate Agile Workflows: Keep our teams moving quickly and efficiently by applying Agile principles, holding stand-ups, managing sprints, and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Optimize Processes: Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and templates to maximize efficiency and scalability.

- Own Client Relationships: Build trust and strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, clear communication, and strategic problem-solving.

What You Bring:

- 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or creative environment. - Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel projects across creative, media, and strategy teams. - Exceptional organizational skills: You’re a master at juggling multiple projects, managing competing priorities, and keeping everything on track. - Strong communication skills: You can convey complex information clearly, whether it’s in a client presentation, a team meeting, or a quick Slack message. - Agility and adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly when needed, and are comfortable with ambiguity. - Attention to detail: You sweat the small stuff and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. - A proactive mindset: You don’t just react—you anticipate challenges and find solutions before they become problems. - Familiarity with project management tools: You’re proficient in tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms, and you know how to leverage them for maximum team efficiency. - A passion for great work: You care deeply about the work you’re helping to produce and are driven by the desire to deliver top-tier results for clients.
